No refunds or exchanges.For show plus activity or show plus dining packages, a voucher will be emailed within one business day for every portion of the purchase. Ticket vouchers are redeemable at the box office, restaurant vouchers are redeemable at the restaurant, and activity vouchers are redeemable at the attraction location. Vouchers are valid for redemption for the date(s) and time(s) specified on voucher.
If for any reason, a product within a package is unavailable, there will be a full refund or exchange of that portion of the package. Unused or partially used vouchers are not refundable.
Payment Terms
Payment for tickets or packages must be made with any American Express® Card at the time of reservation. Offer cannot be combined with other promotions or offers. Broadway Getaways is a service of Broadway Inbound, Inc; an independent wholesale tour operator specializing in theatre, entertainment, and cultural packages. Broadway Inbound is a member of the National Tour Association, the Travel Industry Association of America, the American Bus Association, NYC & Company (New York's Convention and Visitors Bureau), the Receptive Services Association, and The Student and Youth Travel Association.
Documentation
Travel documents, including hotel, attraction, and theatre ticket vouchers will be mailed to you no later than two weeks prior to the date of service. For late bookings, there will be an additional fee for expedited delivery.Cancellations
Customers without Cancellation Protection: There are no refunds for theatre tickets and canceling customers will be charged one night's hotel stay. Unused or partially used vouchers are not refundable. Cancellations prior to travel date are partly refundable according to the following schedule:- Cancellations 45 days or more prior to package check-in date: Refundable, less $30 per person cancellation fee, less theatre ticket cost. All vouchers issued must be returned to Broadway Getaways for refund.
- Cancellations between 21 and 44 days prior to check-in date: Refundable, less $50 per person cancellation fee, less theatre ticket cost. All vouchers issued must be returned to Broadway Getaways for refund.
- Packages cancelled less than 21 days prior to check-in date are non-refundable.
All refunds for cancelled packages will be processed to the American Express® Card used to place the order. No cash refunds will be issued.
Other Refunds
If for any reason, an attraction within a package is unavailable to our guest, there will be a full refund of the attraction portion of the package. If a confirmed hotel accommodation is unavailable, Broadway Inbound will provide substitute accommodations of equal or greater quality.Limited License
