Thierry Malandain merges the world of Velasquez with compositions by Maurice Ravel and Manuel de Falla in Le Portrait de l'Infante and L'Amour Sorcier, two new works that create a dialogue between contemporary art and historical heritage. Le Portait de l'infante, inspired by Velasquez's paintings, flourishes with scenes by Oscar Wilde, while L'Amour Sorcier explores the trilogy of love, life and death.
