Mixed greens with pickled carrots, tomatoes, Comté cheese, shaved fennel, hearts of palm and a honey lemon vinaigrette.
Traditional Tea Room Red Borscht
Pickled red beets, seasonal vegetables and dill in a short rib broth served with a braised beef pirozhok.

Main Course:

Kulebiaka
Salmon with slow cooked onions, mushrooms and vegetables wrapped in pastry, with mixed pattypan squash, pearl onion, baby carrots and yogurt dill sauce.
Chicken Kiev
Herb butter stuffed in a breaded chicken breast with a coriander and jasmine rice plov, baby vegetables and a fresh sauté of cherries with mixed grapes.
