To exchange your tickets all you have to do is:

• Purchase new tickets to the same event
• If your original tickets were mailed to you, return the original Thursday or Friday tickets to Telecharge.com Customer Service, PO Box 998 Times Square Station, New York NY 10108-0998. Please include a note with the order number, date and time, and event of your new order.
• If your original tickets were emailed to you or are being held at the box office, e-mail us at tickets@telecharge.com. Please include the order number, date and time and event of your new and original order.
