Daniel Radcliffe, the young, international star of the popular Harry Potter films, comes to Broadway in Peter Shaffer’s powerful and provocative story of a stable boy and the psychiatrist who tries to unravel the religious and sexual mystery that ensues when the troubled teenager blinds six horses in his care. Radcliffe plays the boy, and Richard Griffiths, the Tony Award-winning actor who is also a featured character in the Potter films, plays the psychiatrist. This eagerly-anticipated production will be the first Broadway revival of Equus, winner of the 1975 Tony® Award for Best Play. |
