The theatre is equipped with induction loops for t-coil hearing aids. Infrared assisted listening devices are available to borrow at the concessions bar in the lobby. Reservations are strongly recommended.

There are 3 ways to purchase tickets:
  1. Call Telecharge Access Services at: (866) 300-9761; TDD/TTY: (888) 889-8587. 
  2. Buy online at Telecharge.com. Specifically, to order wheelchair or transfer arm locations (which are available at all prices) select the ‘Find Tickets’ button and click the “Wheelchair & Transfer Arm Seating” link.
  3. In person at the box office.

Entering the Theater
There are steps to the box office, lobby, Orchestra, and Loge from all entrances. Wheelchair access to the box office, lobby, and Orchestra is available from the street-level entrance on 65th Street. Enter through the glass doors in front of the large curved mural and use the wheelchair lift on the left. The doorbell next to the lift will call a security guard to assist if necessary. An elevator located to the right of the large mural.

Getting to Your Seat

Orchestra (first level)
The entrance is behind Row O of the Orchestra which is the only row accessible to people using wheelchairs. There are 1 or 2 steps between all other rows with a handrail on each step.
There are 6 wheelchair locations: O112, O202, O213, O402, O413, O512
There are 2 transfer locations: O101, O501

Loge (second level)
The Loge is up 2 flight of stairs consisting of 30 steps. The entrance to the Loge is behind row E of the Loge. There are 1 or 2 steps between each row with a handrail on each step.

Restroom:

There is a wheelchair accessible restroom in the lobby. Restrooms are in the lobby and up 1 flight of stairs. Water fountains are next to the restrooms.
