Wheelchair access to the Lincoln Center Theater box office is available from the street-level entrance on 65th Street. Enter through the glass doors in front of the large curved mural, and use the wheelchair lift on the left. The doorbell next to the lift will call a security guard to assist if necessary. The Vivian Beaumont lobby and orchestra level is accessible by a ramp located to the right of the box office.

There are 3 ways to purchase tickets:
- Call Telecharge Access Services at: (866) 300-9761; TDD/TTY: (888) 889-8587.
- Buy online at Telecharge.com. Specifically, to order wheelchair or transfer arm locations (which are available at all prices) select the ‘Find Tickets’ button and click the “Wheelchair & Transfer Arm Seating” link.
- In person at the box office.
Orchestra Location: Orchestra level is accessible via the elevator described above. Entrance is behind Row O which is the only row accessible to people using wheelchairs. There are approximately 1-2 steps down per row to all other rows, except Row P, which is 1 step up. Please specify when visiting the box office or calling Telecharge if you require a Wheelchair Location or if you will transfer from a wheelchair to a theater seat.
Mezzanine Location: Called Loge at this theater. Due to structural limitations, this location is not accessible. Located up 2 flights of stairs, 30 steps. Entrance is behind Row E and there are approximately 1-2 steps down per row to reach all other Loge seats.

The theater is equipped with an Induction Hearing Loop assistive listening system. Hearing aids with a T-coil setting will be able to receive audio signal directly. Headsets are also available from the concessions bar in the lobby. Driver’s license or ID with printed address required.
