Shubert Audience Services
There are currently delays with the launch of Closed Captioning and Audio Description for Paradise Square, usually available four weeks after opening. They will now be available beginning June 21, 2022. Shubert apologizes for this inconvenience. If you have questions, please contact Shubert Audience Services.
The Barrymore Theatre provides accommodations for patrons who are blind, deaf, partially sighted, and/or have hearing loss. Infrared assistive listening devices are available for every performance at the theatre.
Beginning four weeks after a show’s official opening night performance, the following are available for free: hand-held audio description devices, hand-held captioning devices, and unlimited access to downloadable audio description and/or captioning for personal mobile devices. Before those are available, we offer live-caption via CART using a hand-held device, upon request with two weeks’ advance notice.
For assistance contact Shubert Audience Services at 212-944-3700 or email@example.com. There is also a Shubert Audience Services kiosk at every performance to assist with devices and technology. Hand-held devices are limited, although additional devices can be obtained with at least 24 hours’ notice.
