Wheelchair access to the Lincoln Center Theater box office is available from the street-level entrance on 65th Street. Enter through the glass doors in front of the large curved mural. On the left, a wheelchair lift is operated by the security guard on duty.
Wheelchair access to the Mitzi E. Newhouse Lobby and Theater is also available from the street-level entrance via a manned elevator to the right of the large mural.

There are 3 ways to purchase tickets:
- Call Telecharge Access Services at (866) 300-9761; TDD/TTY: (888) 889-8587.
- Buy online at Telecharge.com. Specifically, to order wheelchair or transfer arm locations select the ‘Find Tickets’ button and click the “Wheelchair & Transfer Arm Seating” link.
- In person at the box office.
Orchestra level is accessible via the elevator described above. Entrance is behind Row H which is the only row accessible to people using wheelchairs. There are approximately 1-2 steps down per row to reach all other seats. Please specify when visiting the box office or calling Telecharge if you require a Wheelchair Location or if you will transfer from a wheelchair to a theater seat.

The theater is equipped with an Induction Hearing Loop assistive listening system. Hearing aids with a T-coil setting will be able to receive audio signal directly. Headsets are also available from the concessions bar in the lobby.
