Wheelchair access to the Claire Tow Theater is available via two elevators located inside the Vivian Beaumont Theater lobby, at the Lincoln Center plaza level. The lobby and box office open one hour prior to curtain. At all other times, please visit the main Lincoln Center Theater box office for ticket sales and will-call pick-up.
Wheelchair access to the LCT box office is available from the street-level entrance on 65th Street. Enter through the glass doors in front of the large curved mural, and use the wheelchair lift on the left. The doorbell next to the lift will call a security guard to assist if necessary.

- Call Telecharge Access Services at (866) 300-9761; TDD/TTY: (888) 889-8587.
- Buy online at Telecharge.com. Specifically, to order wheelchair locations select the ‘Find Tickets’ button and click the “Wheelchair & Transfer Arm Seating” link.
- In person at the box office.
Orchestra Location: Orchestra level is accessible via the two elevators described above. Entrance is at Row A which is the only row accessible to people using wheelchairs. There are two steps up per row to reach all other seats. Please specify when visiting the box office or calling Telecharge if you require a Wheelchair Location.

The theater is equipped with an Induction Hearing Loop assistive listening system. Hearing aids with a T-coil setting will be able to receive audio signal directly. Headsets are also available from the concessions bar in the lobby. Driver’s license or ID with printed address required.
