La Cage aux Folles Summary

La Cage aux Folles gets a sprinkling of stardust as 4-time Tony® winner Harvey Fierstein (Hairspray, Fiddler on the Roof) and two-time Tony® Award-nominee Christopher Sieber (Monty Python’s Spamalot, Shrek The Musical) join the new, Tony-winning Broadway production of the musical comedy Harvey Fierstein co-wrote with Jerry Herman almost 30 years ago! La Cage aux Folles is a tuneful and touching tale of one family’s struggle to stay together... stay fabulous... and above all else, stay true to themselves! Don’t miss it, darlings!

Christopher Sieber stars as Georges, the owner of a glitzy nightclub in lovely Saint-Tropez. Harvey Fierstein stars as his partner Albin, who moonlights as the glamorous chanteuse Zaza. When Georges' son brings his fiancée's conservative parent’s home to meet the flashy pair, the bonds of family are put to the test as the feather boas fly!
