FOODACTS is a culinary stage adventure that explores our primal connections to food. Using novels, poetry, essays, letters, and even the Bible as evidence of how human beings relate to and obsess over food, this theater piece discovers the power of food to unite. Through an encounter with works by Proust, Homer, Dickens, Langston Hughes, and many others we share observations of eating over time that go beyond the mere palate.
