Telecharge Gift Cards are issued by The Shubert Organization Inc. and are redeemable for tickets to shows and events at participating Telecharge venues*. See www.telecharge.com for current listings. Cards may not be used for payment on any credit card account, to purchase another gift card, or toward previously purchased tickets. Cards cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law.
The amount on the gift card constitutes the value at time of purchase. Purchases are deducted from the gift card balance. If an order exceeds the amount on the gift card, the balance must be paid with a credit card or other available payment method.
If a card is lost, stolen, or destroyed, Telecharge will replace it if you provide the card number. Replacement card will be issued for the amount shown on Telecharge’s records at the time the report of loss, theft, unauthorized use or destruction is received. Use of card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Expiration Dates and Governing Law. Telecharge gift cards have no expiration date, subject to applicable State law. We use your billing address to determine what state law applies. Currently, certain states require that unredeemed balances escheat to them after a period of years. For example, if you purchase the gift card using a New York billing address, New York law will apply and any unredeemed balance will escheat to New York State five years after the date of purchase.
PLEASE RECORD YOUR CARD NUMBER IN CASE YOU NEED TO REQUEST A REPLACEMENT CARD.
*Not accepted for events at the Boch Performing Arts Center and Eisenhower Hall.
