PURCHASING TICKETS

Which seats are available on Telecharge?
Telecharge sells tickets direct from the box office. These tickets are available online at Telecharge and by phone. Locations like standing room, boxes, and obstructed view seats may only be available at the box office.

Do tickets have fees?
Ticket prices on Telecharge include fees, so you know what to expect when you're ready to purchase. The fee amount is shown when you select tickets. Telecharge fees may vary by show and ticket price. The fee allows Telecharge to provide the service of purchasing tickets anywhere, anytime, without needing to visit the box office. Additional fees may apply if you choose mail delivery like USPS or FedEx.

How can I find information about my tickets?
Go to the Order Status page. If you do not know your order number, email tickets@telecharge.com with the subject "Unknown Order Number."

I'm having issues using the website.

How do I learn about accessibility?
Go to the ticket page for your show. Learn about accessible seating and services by selecting the Access Information button at the top of the page. Search for tickets by selecting the Wheelchair-Only Locations & Transfer Arm Seats link. If you're having trouble purchasing accessible seating, contact Telecharge Access Services at 212-239-6222.

Are group discounts available?
Broadway Inbound has group rates for 10 or more people. Group minimums may vary by show. Visit Broadway Inbound or call 866-302-0995.

Can I split my payment between a Telecharge Gift Card and my credit card?
Yes, you can use a Telecharge Gift Card and a credit card for the same order. Unfortunately, we cannot separate one order into multiple credit card or gift card payments. View participating theatres on the Gift Card page.

I received a discount offer. How do I order discount tickets?

ABOUT MY ORDER

Can I cancel my order?
All sales are final. No exchanges or refunds, except under certain circumstances.

I haven't received a confirmation email for an order I placed on Telecharge. What should I do?
If you arrived at the confirmation page with an order number, you should receive a confirmation email within an hour. Log into your account and select Past Orders.

If you did not arrive at the confirmation page, receive a confirmation email, or have an account, email Telecharge Customer Service at tickets@telecharge.com.

I ordered tickets but have not received them. What should I do?
Go to the Order Status page to check if your tickets have been emailed.
If you know your order number, but the site cannot find it using your email address, try using your phone number.

My performance is canceled. What should I do?
If your performance is canceled, you can refund your tickets. Check for an email titled "Your Performance Has Been Canceled" or find your order to view your options. You may also be able to exchange your tickets for another performance.


AT THE SHOW

Can I use my phone at the show?
During the show, the use of cameras, cell phones, and other recording devices is strictly prohibited by law, except when used for accessibility services.

Before the show, at intermission, and after the show, you may take pictures and share your experience. Please follow all instructions from the theatre staff to ensure that everyone enjoys the show.

What can I bring to the theatre?
No weapons permitted on the premises. No outside food or beverages, electric scooters, e-bikes, or battery-powered transportation devices, except when medically necessary.

Anything brought into the theatre must fit on your lap or completely under your seat without blocking any aisles. Avoid bringing packages, luggage, and backpacks. All items are subject to inspection. Some items must be checked.

ABOUT TELECHARGE

Telecharge is a division of The Shubert Organization and an official ticket seller for Broadway and off-Broadway shows. As the primary authorized seller for most Broadway shows, we have direct access to the best seats in the house, the same availability as the box office. Telecharge is not a broker or reseller, so we never mark-up the established price of the ticket. Our low service charges are clearly shown on this site during the purchase process.
